The form below serves several purposes:

1. For remote test drive requests, we will compare the information you provide us to what is available via a ‘soft-pull’ credit report to help us establish identity and place of residence. We will use this information to get a ‘prequalification’ level of credit worthiness, which we will also use to determine if a remote test drive complies with our policies.
2. For repeat clients, we may request this form in lieu of a traditional ‘hard’ credit pull in certain instances.
3. To establish ‘pre-approval’ for a lease or loan. The information obtained will be compared to the appropriate bank program or programs, to determine the likelihood of final approval.   This will only work if you have not submitted a credit application with us in the last 30 days.

Submission of this form will have no impact on your credit score, and will not be used to establish any form of credit account.  If you are visiting this page as part of a remote test drive request, please note that we will also need proof of current insurance and a valid driver’s license before we bring any vehicle to your place of residence.
